Spring Valley Living seeks RN’s and/or LPN’s to join our team in Skilled Nursing.
In this role, you will provide essential nursing care to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being while contributing to a supportive community environment.

Full-Time Days with rotating weekends and holidays
Part-Time Eve/NOC with rotating weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor patients’ health status and report any changes to the nursing team.
- Assist with daily living activities to enhance residents’ quality of life.
- Perform clinical procedures as needed.
- Educate residents and families on health management and care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
- Implement infection control measures to ensure a safe environment.
- Participate in any other tasks as deemed necessary by your supervisor.
Requirements
- Valid LPN license in the state of Minnesota.
- Experience in home community care or hospice care preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and families.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on dignity and respect.
